    Interesting! Thanks for sharing! If you are, as I am, born in the Chinese year of wood, then there might be even additional benefits of talking a walk in the woods! Spending time in the element you are born in is supposed to make you balanced etc, if I am not mistaken (I am no expert in this at all!).
